Heavy-duty fabricated platform or enclosed cabin designed according to the required load and dimensions.
2. Electric Wire Rope Machine
Reliable electric wire rope hoist provides the required lifting and lowering operation. Hoist capacity and reeving arrangement are selected according to the load and lifting height.
3. Guide Arrangement
Heavy-duty guide rails or structural guides maintain smooth and controlled vertical movement of the lift car.
4. Wire Rope
High-strength steel wire rope is selected according to the capacity and reeving arrangement.
5. Landing Doors / Gates
Strong manually or automatically operated landing doors can be provided at each floor to improve operational safety.
6. Safety Limit Switches
Upper and lower limit switches prevent the lift car from travelling beyond the designated operating limits.
7. Control Panel
Electrical control panel with suitable contactors, protection devices and control circuits provides reliable operation.
